Terms
Last updated 4 November 2026
These terms cover your use of Ordinal OS (“Ordinal”). By creating an account you agree to them.
Your subscription
- Ordinal is sold as a yearly or monthly subscription, or as part of a membership that includes it.
- Card payments renew automatically at the end of each period at the price then shown, until you turn renewal off in Account. Bank transfer and USSD payments don’t renew by themselves.
- Subscriptions are non-refundable once a period has started, including renewals. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
- If we charge you in error, tell us within 14 days at support@ordinalos.com and we’ll refund the error.
Chips
- Chips pay for AI features. The cost is shown before each action, and nothing is charged if an action fails.
- Chips included with a subscription and Chips you buy roll over while your subscription is active. Chips are not refundable and have no cash value.
Not legal, tax or financial advice
- Contracts are prepared from templates and are not legal advice. Tax figures are estimates for education and are not tax advice. The Readiness Score and Statement Credibility are guides, not credit ratings, and no provider is bound by them.
- You are responsible for the documents you send and the decisions you make. For large or unusual matters, speak to a lawyer, tax professional or adviser.
Your content
- Your business record belongs to you. You give us permission to store and process it only to run Ordinal for you.
- You must have the right to upload what you upload, and you must not use Ordinal to mislead lenders, embassies, clients or anyone else.
Fair use
Don’t try to break, overload or get around the security of Ordinal, or use it to send spam. We may suspend accounts that do.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we’ll email you before it takes effect.
